Safe to Say

At Adecco, we believe that everyone is Safe to Say when they’ve seen something unsafe, experienced unsafe behaviour or have been involved in an incident. We want everyone who interacts with our business to:

• Report incidents and hazards
• Stop Work if they don’t feel Safe
• Sweat the small stuff and say something

Our belief in Safe to Say drives all aspects of our safety program. From the pledge all our employees take during their induction, to our incident reporting program to our fully customisable, dynamic safety program which can be implemented in our customers’ workplaces. For us, safety is an everyday conversation.
