Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Customer Service Manager's role will comprise a hybrid of laboratory management duties. Responsibilities will heavily focus on the monitoring and management of product orders whilst providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders. This role will liaise with dentists, manage the company emails, perform reception and general office management duties as required.

Profile

The successful person for this role will have:

  • Dental or medical experience
  • Reception and/or administration experience
  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Outstanding customer service
  • The ability to work independently
