To understand the rising expectations of both employees and managers, the Adecco Group carried out a study, assessing the attitudes to work of 8,000 people. We spoke to workers about how the pandemic had altered their perceptions of how and where they work, the skills needed for the future, and relationship dynamics between themselves and their leaders. The results reveal a stark emerging shift in many of the entrenched working patterns that have held for generations.
