An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service officer to join a dynamic team for our client based in the South East.

Description

Working in the Customer Service team this role will involve some of the following duties:

  • Answering Inbound Enquiries via phone, email and online systems e.g SAP
  • Providing Customer Service
  • Managing multiple sources of communication
  • Resolving Customer complaints
  • Working within a team environment
  • Managing time efficiently
  • General Administration

Profile

The successful candidate will have experience within a similar role and available for an immediate start as well as:

  • Available to work Mon- Fri, 9am - 5pm
  • Reliable transport
  • Able to commit to a potentially on-going role
  • Experience with SAP (advantageous)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill
  • Able to multitask and handle high volume calls
  • Must be resilient and customer service focused
