We are currently seeking an experienced facilities administrator to join a leading company.

Description

In this role you will be responsible for daily routine office duties, including relief reception; providing general support and administration duties for the Global Facility Management team. Other duties would include -

  • Performing facilities assistance tasks to ensure that the office is maintained to the highest standard
  • Assisting HR with on-boarding procedures
  • Assisting with ordering and setting up catering for meetings
  • Maintains the confidentiality of materials and information
  • Performing other adhoc duties as required

Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following skills -

  • Strong computer skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Positive can do attitude
  • Excellent comminucation skills
