Does Adecco charge a fee for their service, whether I am looking for a temporary or full-time job?

No. There is never a fee to candidates for our service.

Does Adecco only offer temporary positions?

No. Adecco branches also offer full time placement services in addition to temporary services. Be sure to mention if you are looking for both.

Aren't most temporary positions for entry level jobs?

No. While most temporary jobs in the past have been more focused on administrative functions, today they include a wide variety of jobs and companies. More and more companies utilise temporaries in all areas of their business.

Does Adecco Australia hire employees from outside Australia?

Unless otherwise indicated on the job posting, you must have current legal authorisation to work in Australia for Adecco to consider your application. For further information on Australian immigration procedures please refer to www.immi.gov.au

When you work for Adecco, who is your employer?

Your employer is Adecco. Your pay advice will come from Adecco and if you have any problems with your assignment, your pay or any other situation that may impact your work, you should contact your Adecco Consultant.

After registering with Adecco, how long will it take before I actually get a job or an assignment?

The time it takes to get an assignment depends on your skills and the skills needed by our clients. Sometimes we can offer you an assignment immediately following your interview.
