Adecco Australia CEO announces acquisition of the MPS Group of companies.
"I am delighted to announce that today, 20th January, 2010 the acquisition of the MPS Group of companies by Adecco SA is complete.
As part of the acquisition, the Adecco Group in Australia will assume ownership control of Judd Farris Australia. Judd Farris was formed to specialise solely in the recruitment of property, facilities management, engineering and construction related professionals. More recently, Judd Farris has successfully recruited for the oil and gas, water and rail sectors too. They are located in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
This is, without question, a positive step for both businesses and I will be working closely with the leadership teams to ensure this acquisition runs smoothly. Meagan Anderson, Managing Director of Adecco Group Professional Staffing, will assume responsibility for the Judd Farris brand under the Adecco Professional Staffing banner.
