Adecco believes that giving strategic value to workplace EO programs enhances the sustainability of our business in the long term. We ensure compliance with the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 by actioning transfer and promotional opportunities available for women and reviewing our training provisions and delivery methods.

Adecco is extending the talent development program and reviewing options for flexible work conditions for the management team.

Olympic athlete career program

The The Olympic Athlete Career Program is an initiative created by the Australian Olympic Committee in partnership with the Adecco Group Australia. It strives to support Olympic athletes in maintaining an appropriate life balance and to make the transition from sport to the workplace. The Adecco Group offers the following support services to assist Olympic athletes with their career transition:
• career training
• job placement
• associated follow-up services
