Jeff Doyle
Chief Executive Officer Australia and New Zealand
Jeff was appointed Chief Executive Officer Adecco Group Australia and New Zealand in 2009, following his success as the Group’s Chief Operating Officer for the Office and Industrial brand. Jeff implemented a new strategic and operational direction for the organisation, resulting in significant increases in gross margin and profitability.
As CEO Jeff has shown a strong commitment to the Group's clients, candidates and colleagues and championed a mission to deliver leading recruitment and career services across the employment lifecycle.
In addition to Jeff’s responsibilities as CEO of the Adecco Group, he sits on the board of highly-respected superannuation fund LUCRF and is part of the Victoria Branch Council of the Australian Industry (Ai) Group, as well as being a member of the CEO Forum Group and Chairman of the "Victory in Business" Network (Melbourne Victory Football Club's coterie group).

Mike Davies
Managing Director, Adecco New Zealand
Mike came to Adecco New Zealand as National Operations Manager in 2008 and was promoted to Managing Director for the Group in 2009. Mike’s focus is strengthening Adecco’s branch network through the development of staff and a strong expert Executive Team to support national operations. Identifying key gaps in the industry, Mike has created two unique differentiators for Adecco New Zealand. The first is compliance to stringent employment practices through all divisions of the business, and the second is a drive to build strong business partnerships with key clients. These points of difference have been instrumental the retention and growth of existing client, as well as acquiring new business.

Simon Gallagher
Chief Financial Officer
Simon joined the Adecco Group as Chief Financial Officer in 2008 from Adecco South Africa, where he was their CFO since 2005. Simon’s experience includes roles as a Finance and Treasury Manager, Project Accountant, and CFO.

Shaun Rust
Chief Information Officer
Shaun joined the Adecco Group in 2008 as Ajilon’s Financial Controller. In 2009 he was promoted to Program Manager for Strategic Projects and then a year later he was appointed CIO of Adecco Australia/NZ. His achievements include successfully implementing Peoplesoft Financial and Human Resource Management.

Rick Khinda
Director Marketing & Communications
Rick started with the Adecco Group in 2002 coming from a Senior Executive position within the Public Relations sector and previously as a Marketing Manager within the Finance sector. Rick’s core responsibility is to improve the Group’s brand awareness, lead communication and design and implement an effective marketing strategy.

Victoria Bethlehem
Director of Human Resources
Victoria brings fifteen years experience in recruitment to the Group and has spent the last five years as the Director of People and Development for one of Adecco’s major competitors across Asia Pacific. Victoria’s history includes business and operational management, specialising in individual and organisational performance development and change management. She has project managed company integrations and large scale change initiatives.

Carole Tamassy
Director of Operations
Carole has worked in the recruitment industry for 24 years in varied capacities from consulting through to senior leadership roles. She has also sat on the RCSA Council. Carol joined Adecco in 2005 as Director of Learning and Development and is now the Group’s Director of Operations.

Susan Beling
Managing Director, Adecco
Susan is the Executive General Manager for Adecco’s Office and Industrial business. Susan began as a consultant for the brand almost a decade ago, going on to hold various leadership positions including Area Manager and General Manager for Victoria and Tasmania. Susan’s integrity, flexibility, commitment to innovation and business acumen has assisted her to lead successful teams and achieve service excellence for the Group’s clients and candidates.

Historically Bruce’s major responsibilities have been within the service industry, primarily roles heading operations, sales, marketing and customer service in large corporations. All his work has centred on leading people through change to improve business results. Bruce’s major focus is upon meeting the changing needs of current and prospective customers to grow market share.

Stephen Lording
Managing Director, Judd Farris
Stephen is a University of Sydney graduate with 10 years experience in the recruitment industry. Stephen has held several Executive Management roles and his market knowledge encompasses the Finance industry to ‘C’ suite level, working with clients across a number of sectors. Stephen joined Judd Farris in 2009 as the State Manager for Victoria and Queensland, working predominantly with the Property market. By 2010, Stephen was promoted to the role as Managing Director of Australia and now oversees the strategic growth of the business in the region.

Ger is the Managing Director of Ajilon. He is a dynamic, results-oriented leader who is committed to providing Ajilon’s clients with innovative, value-added business solutions. Prior to his appointment to Managing Director, Ger was the General Manager of Ajilon’s Resources Business Unit. Under his leadership, the Resources Business Unit grew strongly and continues to offer Ajilon consultants varied and interesting work, in addition to providing unique client solutions. Ger’s passion is Ajilon’s people and he continues to grow a fantastic team by ensuring Ajilon retains and attracts the best people in the industry.

Ian Tyler
Managing Director, Icon/Glotel
Ian Tyler joined the Adecco Group in 2010 as the Managing Director for the Technology Staffing businesses, Icon and Glotel, bringing 17 years of ICT Recruitment & Management experience to the role. Ian has collaborated with many organisations in Australia, Europe and the US, on projects and initiatives relating to ICT services, consulting, recruitment, BPO and managed services. He has operated across a number of business management and leadership roles for multi-national organisations throughout the UK, mainland Europe and Australia. Ian holds a bachelor of business from Brunel University, London.
