Doug Spahn Joins Adecco Group Executive Team

The Managing Director of Glotel (Telecoms Recruitment Specialists) and Hyphen (Recruitment Outsourcing Specialists) has been appointed to the Adecco Group Senior Executive Team.
Late last year Adecco acquired the Spring Group, including Glotel (Telecoms Recruitment Specialists) and Hyphen (Recruitment Outsourcing Specialists). Spring Group Director Doug Spahn, now Managing Director of Glotel and Hyphen, has been appointed to the Adecco Group Senior Executive Team. Spahn will now report directly to Jeff Doyle, Adecco Chief Executive Officer for Australia and New Zealand.
“Doug brings a strategic focus and a ‘hands on’ approach to the Group. He has a proven ability to provide innovative solutions to complex business issues and will be a great asset to our leadership team,” Doyle said.
Spahn has nineteen years experience in recruitment; human resource management; business development and strategic management within a range of industry sectors. His expertise includes; attracting and retaining key talent at the senior level, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), enterprise and workplace agreements, cultural transformation programs, leadership coaching, employee referral and employment branding (EVP) campaigns.
Spahn has implemented productivity and profit improvement programs in businesses across the Professional Services, Sales and Marketing, Telecommunications, Banking and Financial Services, Healthcare, Energy and Government industry sectors.
