All of the Adecco Group’s expert brands are managed and staffed by experts within their fields, who understand the needs of your industry.

tailored methodologies and unique solutions

Adecco understand each client is unique, so we tailor a recruitment methodology to suit your needs and find a solution that will serve you best. For example:

permanent solutions - sourcing and placing candidates for permanent positions

temporary solutions - provision of temporaries for short, long or fixed term contracts

dedicated flexible staffing solutions - provision of individuals or complete teams - managed and paid by Adecco for greater flexibility and cost control

on-site solutions - provision of individuals managed by an Adecco On-Site Manager who operates at your location and can provide information when you require it and in person

master vendor services - we manage the interface between you and all your recruitment suppliers, providing you with one point of contact

safety focus

Adecco believe that Occupational Health and Safety is a priority and we insist that our candidates, colleagues and clients work in safe environments. The Adecco Safety Assurance Program has been designed to ensure that our candidates have been OH&S assessed and are aware of their responsibilities.

Xpert: assessment, induction, and development

Xpert has been designed exclusively for the Adecco Group by internationally recognised testing companies, including Saville & Holdsworth Limited, SkillCheck Inc and Psychological Services Inc.

Our psychometric Xpert testing offers our clients a comprehensive and cost effective method of identifying the most suitable candidates for their business. Xpert helps us to determine if a candidate can do, will do and will fit your organisation.

If you want to up-skill your employees in a particular technical competency, we offer an extensive range of online tutorials and assessments.

occupational personality questionnaire

Using SHL, the world leader in objective assessment in the workplace, we can facilitate an Occupational Personality Questionnaire. OPQ provides businesses with information on the aspects of an individual’s behaviour that will impact their performance in the workplace.

Specifically the ‘OPQ32’ questionnaire provides detailed information on 32 specific personality characteristics that underpin performance on key job competencies critical for graduates, managers and experienced hires.

Webtime: electronic timesheets and invoicing

Adecco offers online timesheeting and invoicing through WebTime, an online timesheet entry, approval and reporting system, integrated with our front of office and back of house systems to optimise processing time.

Webtime streamlines the recording, lodgement and approval of timesheets for the benefit of both clients and employees. WebTime offers a complete suite of products including timesheet entry and authorisation, online ordering, multi-level provisional invoices for employers and provisional payments for contractors.
